Decision of the Minister of Justice
Baudouin, King of the Belgians

Whereas the law of 27 June 1921 by which the non-profit associations and public utility institutions were granted legal personality and in particular articles 27, 30 and 32;

Whereas the deed of 12 May 1992 by which Messrs Herman Tob and J.B.L.M.J. Otte declare their intention to set up a public utility institution under the name " Euroliver Foundation" and to allocate to it the sum of 1,000,000 BEF.

Whereas the articles of association of the same institution appearing in the abovementioned deed;

By decision of the Minister of Justice,

WE HAVE DECIDED AND DECIDE:

Art.1. The foundation of the public utility institution "Euroliver Foundation", of which the registered offices are located in Antwerp, 10 Markgravestraat, is approved.

Art.2. The articles of association in the appendix are approved.

Art. 3. Our Minister of Justice is entrusted with the execution of this decision.
